Introduction

Increasingly professional supervisory practice is addressing the concepts of collaboration and reflection. This module focuses on collaboration as shared learning between professional and client, supervisor and student or supervisor and staff member.  A variety of supervision models will be presented such as one-to-one, two-to-one, virtual and group. The module also explores the themes of reflection, transition from student to professional and evaluation.
